Terms/Conditions Refunds and Exchanges

All Tee Shirt and RHINESTONE APPAREL SELLS are FINAL!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR SELLER ERROR, i.e... wrong color writing, stones, or wrong tee shirt size. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON TEE SHIRTS/WORN MERCHANDISE. RETURNS THAT ARE ACCEPTED (ERRORS MADE BY THE SELLER AS THE AFOREMENTIONED) MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL VIA EMAIL. Returns (THAT ARE APPROVED) are accepted within 7 days from the date of Delivery for Exchange Only! Customer is responsible for the return shipping charge, IF APPROVED AND IS OF NO FAULT OF THE SELLER. IF IT'S OUR ERROR WE WILL PAY SHIPPING. Returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days from the date the Item/Items were delivered. All items must be returned in original packaging. UNWORN. All items are shipped out after the invoice has been paid. Items will be delivered to the customer 7-10 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Turn around time on Mugs, Key chains, Compacts, Phone cases, Badge reels, are 20 days excluding weekends and holidays. Tees,7-14 days turn around depending on the design. Custom Beaded Logo Bracelets 3-7 day turnaround excluding weekends and holidays.

Bling Masks, Headbands and bulk orders 30 day turn around excluding weekends and holidays. All Custom orders should be ordered 14-30 days prior to the event or date needed. There will be no rush orders.
